2. Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.

The host processes connection data (including IP address, time of access, requested file, amount of data transferred, browser type) in server log files as far as necessary to operate and secure the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable operation).

3. Scope of processing

This website is delivered as a static export. There are no contact forms that submit data to my own server. Contact is made via the provided email address (e.g. mailto: links). Transmission then follows the usual channels of your email provider.

No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are set, and no analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics) are embedded.

Technically necessary browser storage for rendering the page is outside my control and depends on your browser settings.

4. External links

Linked third-party sites (e.g. YouTube or other providers) may process data once you visit them. Those providers are responsible for their own privacy practices.

5. Retention

Server log files are generally retained by the host only as long as needed for operation, security, and troubleshooting, and are then deleted or anonymised — subject to statutory retention obligations.

Under the GDPR you have, in particular, the right to:

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For Rhineland-Palatinate this includes the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
